Achievement

The AAPPR Lifetime Achievement Award is the most prestigious award a health care recruitment professional can receive in the industry. The purpose of this award is to recognize and honor an AAPPR member for a distinguished career and significant contributions made to the field of physician and provider recruitment.

 

2021 | Scott Manning

Scott Manning, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPRP is the Chief Human Resources Officer at District Medical Group (DMG). Scott possesses more than 35 years of human resources and physician recruitment experience and is recognized as an expert in his field.

Throughout his career, Scott has volunteered his time in many AAPPR leadership roles, including the Board of Directors, where he served as President. He has been a part of AAPPR since its inception in 1992. He also served as the Education Committee Chair and helped define the AAPPR competency model. Scott continues to share his time and talent as core faculty of our certification program. He’s been an educator, friend, mentor to many in the profession.
