Not an AAPPR member?

AAPPR Membership is open to anyone directly involved in, or influencing, recruitment, onboarding and retention for a health system, hospital, network, specialty hospital, specialty practice group or physicians group.

Employees from third-party search firms or those affiliated with a third-party search firm are not eligible for AAPPR membership. AAPPR offers vendor companies the option of connecting with AAPPR members through advertising opportunities and exhibiting at AAPPR events.

AAPPR dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for U.S. federal income tax purposes but may be deductible as a business expense. As part of our federal advocacy efforts, we estimate that 7% of your membership dues in 2026 will be used for lobbying activities. This is a preliminary estimate and may change based on actual expenses.

AAPPR reserves the right to deny membership to those who do not meet the eligibility criteria. AAPPR memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
