AAPPR recognizes the importance of the full team when it comes to physician and provider recruitment and offers a group membership discount program. Your discount is determined by the size of your group.

Discount rates are listed below:

6-10 members

25% discount off individual membership rate; $224.25 per member

11-20 members

30% discount off individual membership rate; $209.30 per member

21 or more members

35% discount off individual membership rate; $194.35 per member

In addition to the discounted membership dues, groups can take advantage of discounted pricing for AAPPR’s Annual Conference and the CPRP Certification Program.

  • Qualifying Organizations

    Each member of the group must be employed by the same organization (which may be national and does not need to be located within a defined region, state, or locality). To take advantage of group discounts, AAPPR requires one payment for group membership
    invoices.

  • Membership Period

    Group membership will run for one year and renewals shall be due by the one-year anniversary date.

  • Group Membership Terms

    For any current active Individual memberships (with more than 30 days remaining) that are converted to Group Membership, we will apply a pro-rated credit for the remaining amount of membership to the group rate.

  • Group Primary Contact

    The employing organization must have one primary contact that will be responsible for initially signing all group members up at one time. The primary contact will be AAPPR’s sole contact for the Group Membership. If individuals contact AAPPR to be added onto the group membership throughout the year, the primary contact must approve for additional invoicing.

  • Group Memberships are considered Individual Memberships

    Group Memberships are considered Individual Memberships and will have all the rights and benefits afforded to them per AAPPR bylaws.

    Even though a group membership is in place, all are considered Individual Memberships and owned by each individual, regardless of who settles the financial terms. If an individual leaves the organization prior to the membership expiring, the individual member will retain that membership provided they continue to meet membership eligibility criteria for the remainder of the term. These same individuals will be responsible for any renewal applications and payments.

  • Termination of Member from Group Membership Roster

    An organization may not exchange a membership for another person during the annual term for any reason. If an individual leaves prior to the membership expiring, the employer cannot transfer that membership to another employee. Memberships are not refundable in full or part.

    New members may be added to the Group Discount Plan at any time. AAPPR reserves the right to limit changes to discount group plans if changes become frequent outside of the annual cycle. All changes must be communicated through the primary contact.

  • Shared Interest Group (SIG) and Affiliate Membership

    SIGs and Affiliates (formerly known as chapters or regional groups) provide you with education, community, camaraderie, resources, scholarships, physician job postings and leadership skills building. While some may be included in your AAPPR membership, other affiliates require a separate application and additional dues.

    SIG Membership

    Topical SIGs (AIR and OAR) and Regional SIGs (MAPRA, NEPRA, NWSPR, SWPRA, and Texas) are included in AAPPR membership. Indicate on your join/renew application or update your profile to make changes. Each SIG comes with its own volunteer leaders, Chat community, resource sharing, member directory (in Chat), roundtables, occasional webinars and local conferences.

    Affiliate Membership

    Group membership discounts may not be combined with any other membership discounts, including affiliate membership discounts.  Any group member wishing to join an affiliate must pay an additional dues to the affiliate.
