AAPPR’s December roundtables will focus on Strategies for Successful Remote Work. Remote work can be challenging. Leaders may struggle with managing teams virtually; others worry about connecting with colleagues who may not respond to emails or phone calls when stopping by someone’s office isn’t possible. From effective communication and team structure to management tips and meeting planning, join us to discuss strategies for success when working remotely. Because remote work depends heavily on utilizing video, we kindly ask that all participants plan to use their cameras for these sessions.
In our new virtual world, AAPPR is committed to finding new and innovative ways for recruitment professionals to engage with one another to discuss timely topics and share ideas. We recognize that, more than ever, members are working together to establish new practices and meet the needs of healthcare organizations.
